Today Pastor Ken examines the painful experience of shame. We often see ourselves as failures because of the accumulation of our mistakes, sins and shortcomings, and Satan works to shame us and trick us to believe we are worthless. Thankfully, Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead to free us from condemnation and shame and to be in His wonderful kingdom. Be encouraged as Pastor Ken teaches us to move forward in our faith and be delivered from the shame which binds us. Text: Philippians 3:12-16

Today, Pastor Ken Tilley offers us the powerful antidote to anxiety described in Philippians 4:6-9 in the New Testament. Anxiety affects everything we do, and when the mind runs off with dark anxious thoughts, it affects our relationships with others as well as with God and brings unnecessary pain into our life. Be encouraged that, “Proper practice brings perfect peace.”
Depression affects all of us. Ten percent of those listening to today’s sermon are likely depressed…hopefully many will begin to have victory over that depression once applying the biblical principles Pastor Ken cites today. Pastor Ken shows how to rely of God to help us overcome the darkness caused by the untrustworthy feelings generated by our depressed minds. The scripture for today’s teaching is Psalm 42.
