Out With the Old, In With the New

Today’s lesson from Pastor Ken helps us to be ready to respond when Jesus will pass our way. Ken teaches from Luke 19: 1-10, the story of Zacchaeus and how his life was forever changed when Jesus passed his way. Each of us is urged to examine our own life, and to be ready for the life-altering moment when Jesus will pass our way.

Accept Your Mission

If you knew what you were uniquely created to do, how would it change your life?

Pastor Ken teaches us from Luke 2:41-52, how Jesus, even at the age of 12 , “disappeared” from his parents and community, only to be “found” after three days, in the temple, sitting with the teachers, listening to them and amazing them by his understanding of the Word. Jesus knew his calling from early in life. Through HIm, we can find our calling, thank God!

The Gift of Hope Wrapped in a Cradle

Today Pastor Ken Tilley teaches about “The Incarnation.”  It is where Christ took on a full, complete human nature, including a physical body, so He could truly represent humanity.  God the Son chose to come to earth in the most humble way, defying all expectation. This begins a new series at Crosslink Community Church called, “From the Cradle to the Cross.”  Listen and be drawn to the amazing Savior of humanity.

A Philosophy of Generosity

Today’s sermon by Pastor Tilley focuses on the book of 2 Corinthians, Chapter 8. Pastor explaines the beautiful irony of the extreme poverty and adversity of the Macedonian Church which amazingly resulted in their giving with joy and beyond their means.

In Christian love, God gives to us, and we give ourselves to the Lord and to others. Ideally, we are following Christ’s example with a willing heart. We are motivated by our love for God, so giving is a joyful, Spiritual act.
